The Perm Desk module offers everything a recruiter needs to gather vacancies from clients, find and shortlist candidates, arrange interviews together with all related correspondence all the way through to automatic billing. The system can be configured in a tight manner so that consultants can see only their own candidates and contacts or alternatively access can be given based on office or division to enable team working. Tight internal controls prevail throughout the system, jobs cannot be registered until a client has been credit checked, CVs cannot be sent until the Terms of Business have been sent to individual contacts, all of these options are fully configurable.
